1. General:

These terms govern your use of 'Best Buy Shop' online shopping platform in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms without prior notice.


2. Products & Pricing:

All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary due to VAT, government regulations, or supplier updates. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference; actual product may vary slightly.


3. Orders & Payment:

Orders are confirmed only after payment is completed (Cash on Delivery / Online Payment / Mobile Banking). We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.


4. Delivery & Shipping:

Delivery charges and timelines depend on your location. Standard delivery time within Dhaka: 1–2 working days; Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.


5. Return, Refund & Replacement:

Returns/replacements are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Products like undergarments, cosmetics, food items, or customized goods are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days after approval.


Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty/damaged products, and you must have to ensure it instantly during the delivery receiving period keeping the delivery man present in front of you. The delivery man also ensure us the issues through phone call.
